Ashley Hewitt
Ashley has been a veterinary assistant for 9 years. She graduated from Tulsa School of Arts and Sciences and is currently working on a Bachelors in Finance from OSU. Her and her husband, Cameron, have a Boston terrier (Roady) , a mixed-breed (Stella Mae), and two kitties (Sebastian and Birdie), as well as a new baby. She enjoys camping, traveling with her husband and their two dogs, and collecting 1960’s vintage furniture.
Dr. Fielstra
Dr. Fielstra was born and raised in Tulsa. She attended St. Pius X elementary school and Bishop Kelley High School. She earned a B.S. in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She then earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Oklahoma State University in 2006, fulfilling her lifelong dream of becoming a veterinarian. She worked for ten years at a busy clinic in Tulsa and gained valuable experience doing what she loved. Wanting to connect more with her clients and patients, she started Home Veterinary Care in 2016. With her husband, Josh, she has four kids aged 13, 11, 7, and 4. She also has Sam – a German Shepherd, Cooper- a boxer, Captain- a French Bulldog, Jazz- cat, a chinchilla, and 2 rats. In her spare time, Dr. Fielstra enjoys spending time with her family at home or at the lake.
